Sierra Tequila Old Fashioned

The perfect balance of barrel aged Tequila, sweetness, and bitterness.

Ingredients

  • Sierra 100% Agave Añejo
    80 ml
  • Agave Syrup
    5 ml
  • Angostura Bitters
    2 dashes

Method

  1. Put all ingredients in a mixing glass, filled up with ice cubes.
  2. Stir until the drink is cold.
  3. Strain over a fresh big ice cube in an old fashioned glass.
  4. Garnish with an orange zest.
