Sierra Buttermilk Margarita

This special Margarita was created in 2011 by Bettina Kupsa, owner of the Chug Club in Hamburg.

Ingredients

  • Sierra 100% Agave Blanco; Sierra Tequila Blanco
    60 ml
  • buttermilk
    30 ml
  • fresh lime juice
    20 ml
  • fresh lemon juice
    10 ml
  • agave syrup
    20 ml
  • quince jelly
    1 Bar Spoon

Method

  1. Fill up a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Put all ingredients into it and shake until it's chilled.
  3. Strain into a frosted coupette glass.
