Sierra Fresa & Basil Smash

Unique and refreshing cocktail which combines modern & classic cocktail flavours.

Ingredients

  • Sierra 100% Agave Blanco; Sierra Tequila Blanco; Sierra 100% Agave Reposado; Sierra Tequila Reposado
    60 ml
  • fresh lime juice
    30 ml
  • fresh grapefruit juice
    20 ml
  • simple syrup
    20 ml
  • fresh strawberries
    4
  • basil leaves
    4

Method

  1. Put the fresh ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add the Tequila and fresh lime juice and muddle the strawberries.
  2. Shake until chilled.
  3. Double strain into a tumbler glass and add crushed ice.
  4. Garnish with strawberry and basil.
