Sierra Mexican Penicilin

easy!!

A fantastic adaption of the modern classic ‘Penicillin’.

Ingredients

  • Sierra 100% Agave Reposado; Sierra Tequila Reposado
    50 ml
  • Fresh Lime Juice
    30 ml
  • Agave Syrup
    20 ml
  • Fresh Ginger
    1 small piece
  • Mezcal Espadin (float)
    1 bar spoon

Method

  1. Fill up a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Put all liquid ingredients in, except the Mezcal Espadin. Grind fresh ginger in.
  3. Shake until it's chilled.
  4. Fine strain over fresh ice cubes in a tumbler, float Mezcal Espadin on top and garnish with lime zest.
