Sierra Blackberry-Vanilla Margarita

This is a new recipe for a Margarita, which shows how creative you can interpret a classic.

Ingredients

  • Sierra 100% Agave Reposado; Sierra Tequila Reposado
    60 ml
  • Triple Sec
    20 ml
  • fresh lemon juice
    30 ml
  • blackberry puree
    50 ml
  • vanilla bean
    1 halved
  • blackberry; lemon zests
    Garnish

Method

  1. Infuse a halved vanilla bean for one hour in Sierra 100% Agave Reposado / Sierra Tequila Reposado.
  2. Fill up a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  3. Put all ingredients into it and shake until it's chilled.
  4. Pour into a classic margarita glass and garnish with a fresh blackberry and lemon zest.
