INGREDIENTS

  • 60 ml Sierra Antiguo Plata
  • 20 ml Triple Sec
  • 30 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 50 ml kiwi puree
  • 1 bar spoon black pepper

METHOD

  • 1. Infuse one bar spoon with crushed black pepper for one hour in Sierra Antiguo Plata.
  • 2. Fill up your cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  • 3. Put all ingredients into it and shake until it's chilled.
  • 4. Strain into a classic margarita glass with a salt rim. Garnish with a kiwi slice and black pepper.
