Order and shipment

• Where is my order?
Have you already checked your shipment number? If you haven't received an email for shipping, please contact our support team and we'll give you an update on your order status as soon as possible.

• How long does it take until I receive my ordered products?
As soon as we have received your order, shipping takes approx. 3 to 4 working days. Under special circumstances, it may take 1-2 days longer in rare cases. So, if you are planning a gift, a fixed party date or a vacation away from home, please consider the delivery time.

• How can I track my order?
All our orders receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel has left our warehouse. You will then receive this by email and can easily track your order via DHL or DPD-Tracking.

• I placed an order by mistake and no longer want it, how can I cancel?
Contact us as soon as possible and we will check whether your order has not yet left our warehouse. If your order has already left, you can refuse to accept the parcel and it will be returned to our warehouse. We will credit the amount to your previously selected payment method.

• I accidentally entered an incorrect billing / delivery address, can this still be changed?
Contact us as soon as possible and we will check whether your order has not yet been processed and we will have the data changed.

• Can I also have my products sent to a “Packstation”?
Unfortunately, shipping to “Packstations” is currently not possible, we kindly ask for your understanding.

• Can I pick up my products from you?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect from us, we kindly ask for your understanding.

Return and exchange an order

• How can I return products to you?
If you would like to return something, please contact us and we will send you a return label. As soon as the goods have arrived at our warehouse, you will get your money back.

• My ordered goods arrived broken or faulty, what now?
Please contact our support team directly with your order number and, if possible, send us a picture of the goods.

• Can I exchange a hoodie or t-shirt that is too small or too big?
Unfortunately, direct exchanges are not possible. Please contact us and we will send you a return label. As soon as the goods have arrived at our warehouse, we will immediately issue a credit to the payment method you previously selected. In the meantime, simply reorder the right size.

• How do I get my money back?
The money will be credited to the payment method you have previously selected.
