Sierra Taco Al Pastor

Cocktail inspired by the classic Taco al Pastor with Pineapple.

Ingredients

  • Sierra 100% Agave Reposado; Sierra Tequila Reposado
    60 ml
  • Fresh Lime Juice
    20 ml
  • Triple Sec
    20 ml
  • Salt
    1 Pinch
  • Taco Mix*
    40 ml

Method

  1. Rim glass with Tajin spice and fill the tumbler glass with ice cubes.
  2. Put all ingredients into a shaker and shake until it's chilled.
  3. Strain through a fine strainer in a tumbler with cubes.
  4. *Taco Mix: 500ml pineapple juice, 150ml jalapeño infused agave syrup, 20g basil, 30g cilantro, 20g mint, 1/4 tsp ascorbic acid — blend all together and strain.
