Sierra Margarita Aguachile

Perfect twist on a Margarita with Mexican flavours and a edible spicy garnish.

Ingredients

  • Sierra 100% Agave Blanco; Sierra Tequila Blanco
    50 ml
  • fresh lime juice
    30 ml
  • fresh pineapple juice
    30 ml
  • agave syrup
    30 ml
  • celery bitters
    2 dashes
  • cucumber bitters
    2 dashes

Method

  1. Fill up your cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Put all ingredients into it and shake until it's chilled.
  3. Strain through a fine strainer in a tumbler with cubes.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple slice covered with Tajin spice.
