Creamy and fresh margarita with a Mexican twist.

Ingredients

  • Sierra 100% Agave Reposado; Sierra Tequila Reposado
    60 ml
  • fresh lime juice
    30 ml
  • simple syrup
    20 ml
  • horchata milk
    30 ml

Method

  1. Fill up your cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Put all ingredients into it and shake until it's chilled.
  3. Strain through a fine strainer in a chilled coupette.
  4. Rub tonka bean over the drink.
