The most refreshing Tequila long drink.

Ingredients

  • Sierra 100% Agave Blanco; Sierra Tequila Blanco
    50 ml
  • Fresh Lime Juice
    20 ml
  • Grapefruit Lemonade
    125 ml
  • Salt
    1 pinch
  • Grapefruit Wedge
    Garnish

Method

  1. Rub the edge of a long drink glass with the pulp of a lime quarter and put salt on the rim.
  2. Drop a pinch of salt into the glass, squeeze the lime quarter in and add Sierra 100% Agave Blanco / Sierra Tequila Blanco.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes and top up with grapefruit lemonade.
  4. Stir carefully and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
