Mango Chilli Margarita

This is a new recipe for a Margarita, which shows how creative you can interpret a classic.

Ingredients

  • Sierra 100% Agave Reposado; Sierra Tequila Reposado
    60 ml
  • Triple Sec
    20 ml
  • fresh lemon juice
    30 ml
  • mango puree
    50 ml
  • chilli flakes
    1 BAR SPOON
  • salt
    1 BAR SPOON
  • salt-chilli rim; chilli threads
    Garnish

Method

  1. Fill up a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Put all ingredients into it and shake until it's chilled.
  3. Strain into a classic margarita glass with a salt-chilli rim.
