Kiwi-Black-Pepper Margarita

This is a new recipe for a Margarita, which shows how creative you can interpret a classic.

Ingredients

  • Sierra 100% Agave Blanco; Sierra Tequila Blanco
    60 ml
  • Triple Sec
    20 ml
  • fresh lemon juice
    30 ml
  • kiwi puree
    50 ml
  • spoon black pepper
    1 BAR SPOON
  • kiwi slice; black pepper
    Garnish

Method

  1. Infuse one bar spoon with crushed black pepper for one hour in Sierra 100% Agave Blanco / Sierra Tequila Blanco.
  2. Fill up your cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  3. Put all ingredients into it and shake until it's chilled.
  4. Strain into a classic margarita glass with a black pepper rim. Garnish with a kiwi slice.
